Prep School makes it easy to learn new tips in the kitchen while meeting like-minded folk in the process. You'll be guided through hands-on lessons from experts in the field — teaching you how to prepare each dish as well as the health benefits behind every ingredient. We believe that what you feed your mind and body, grows. So let's make it good.

You’ll be guided through hands-on cooking lessons and receive each original recipe so you can recreate these dishes again and again. We source only the freshest and locally-sourced ingredients and choose organic whenever possible.

Learn from an expert

Each class, a wellness coach will teach you about a particular topic in the wellness world. As they walk you through the lesson, they'll teach you easy ways to implement these tips into your daily life.

Grow your community

We focus each class around a topic that goes beyond just what food you put into your body. At the end of each class, we present a food for thought-starter, encouraging you to share what's on your mind and heart.
